Washable Natural Jute
This collection is made from natural jute spun finer than standard yarn, woven on a cotton weft for structural stability. Each rug is handwoven using traditional flatweave techniques, preserving the tactile surface and tonal variation the material is known for. Unlike traditional jute rugs, it can be washed under gentle conditions without compromising the fibre.

Care Instructions
Machine Wash
Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water. Limit the cycle to 15–20 minutes. High-speed spinning is not recommended and may damage the fibre structure over time.
Cleaning Products
A mild detergent is sufficient. Gentle starch-based soaps and anti-bacterial detergents are suitable alternatives. Keep away from bleach and strong chemical cleaners.
What to Expect
Like garments washed over time, slight colour softening or fading may occur gradually with repeated washing. This is normal and part of how natural fibres age.
