Rug Sale

Our washable rug collection changes with the seasons. A colour may retire, a final production run will reach its last sizes, or we may decide to discontinue a sample. When you shop our rug sale, you can look forward to:

• Original washable rug designs developed in-house by Double Studio and reduced by as much as 70%
• Washable recycled-polyester rugs, including Chenille and New Jute 
• Area rugs, runner rugs, and occasional shaped designs

Which Double Studio Rugs Are on Sale?

Some of our sale rugs are the final pieces from a production run. Others belong to colours or designs that we aren’t using in the main collection anymore. We may also feature studio samples and archive pieces from time to time. Our sale stock includes the washable, high quality rug designs you’ve come to love from Double Studio.

Washable Rugs at a Lower Price

Some on-sale rugs come from our recycled-polyester collections. These washable, on-sale rugs are useful in rooms where the floor sees everything. 

Dropped dinner. Wet paws. Shoes through the hallway. No worries.

You can machine wash many Chenille, Vegan Flokati and New Jute styles, depending on the rug’s size and construction.

We may also include New Jute designs in our sale range. New Jute reproduces the low-profile woven texture associated with traditional jute in recycled polyester. Compare them with the full washable jute rugs collection if you’re deciding between materials.

Finding the Right Size and Colour

We make our sale stock available on a first-come, first-served basis. Our sale range may include bestsellers from our green rugs or brown rug collections. We may have one design with several area-rug sizes left. Another might have one runner, one round rug or a single size left over from the original collection.

Measure your furniture and the room you’re buying the rug for. In a living area, think about where the sofa legs will sit. Under a dining table, make sure there’s enough space for the chair legs to be moved. In a hallway, check door clearance and the width of the surrounding floor.

Try It in Your Room Before You Buy It

Rugs reduced by 40% or more are final sale, so you can’t return or exchange them. You may also find rugs discounted by 30% in this collection; these are not classified as final sale. 

If you can’t judge a colour or texture from a screen, order our rug swatches. You can also use our room styling tools to place a rug into a photograph of your own space before you buy.

Measure twice. Look at the colour in the context of the room. Check the product specifications and care requirements.

Shipping Sale Rugs in Australia and New Zealand

We ship our washable sale rugs in Australia and to New Zealand.

Final-sale items don’t qualify for the free-shipping offer available on eligible full-price Australian orders, so delivery charges apply. We’ll calculate New Zealand shipping at checkout.

We usually ship in-stock pieces within two business days. Delivery can take longer for regional Australian addresses and New Zealand orders.
