Our Waikato rug features a luxurious 18-20mm medium cut pile crafted from premium New Zealand wool with a durable organic cotton canvas backing. Each rug showcases the distinctive abrash dyeing technique — a hallmark of traditional craftsmanship that creates subtle, intentional variations in colour. It's essentially the textile equivalent of a fingerprint; no two are exactly alike.
Our innovative table-tufting construction secures each wool tuft to the canvas, ensuring the rug maintains its integrity through multiple washing cycles. The specialised anti-shed treatment minimises wool loss during regular use and cleaning.

We offer free standard shipping on all full-price items shipped within most regions of Australia for orders over $140 AUD. Due to increased carrier costs, additional fees may apply for some regional areas within Australia.
All orders below $140, and all final sale items shipped will incur additional delivery costs.
For New Zealand orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. For all other international orders, please contact welcome@double.online for a custom shipping quote.

What is your return / exchange policy?
With the exception of Final Sale items, all items purchased directly from Double Studio can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. We currently do not charge a restocking fee. However, we reserve the right to change our policy from time to time as business conditions change.
Any items returned in a condition deemed as no longer resalable will not be honoured for a refund.
For an item to be eligible for a return or exchange, it must be shipped back in its original packaging or similar packaging that will keep the item safe while in transit. The item must also be new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in resalable condition, free from:
